Born and brought up in a big Indian family in Ajmer, Mr. Prakash Adwani and other three brothers were the second generation of the family that set up an organised infrastructure of Layer Poultry Farms in their home town, setting a path for Ajmer to become one of India’s biggest Poultry Hubs. With an unmatched experience of 4 decades in the field of poultry, Mr Prakash Adwani established the firm Lalshah Poultry Farm in the year 1975, making us one of the exclusive Farms in Rajasthan with the latest technology Battery sheds. His leading and head strong nature combined with the values of growing up in a joint Indian family has built a will to take the prevalent farming practices to a superior level, laying the ground work for a stronger future.

With the inherent skill of Poultry Farming, Mr. Vansh Adwani had an interest in the business since completing his high-school education. After completing his graduation from De Montfort University Leicester, UK, in 2017, the prodigal son has taken a deep dive into the business with a fresh perception, vision and determination that is unparalleled, to carry forward the legacy with the third generation, to reach newer peaks. He has been continuously working towards incorporating contemporary business processes for smooth operations at the farm, further strengthening Flock’s healthcare and hygiene, along with expanding our business operations all over the country. His passion for business pushes him to strive each day to ensure that our customers receive our best quality products. With his zeal to not only reach but create a new zenith for the company, he works hard each day to make Lalshah Poultry Farm’s dream of making our nutritious and healthy eggs accessible to larger masses, a reality.
